Andrea Pirlo under pressure

Juventus manager Andrea Pirlo is under tremendous pressure because of his side’s poor run of form in recent months.

However, the former Juventus player has claimed that he will not resign from his position.

The Italian giants were beaten 3-0 at home by AC Milan in Serie A on Sunday, and their hopes of Champions League qualification is under serious threat now.

Juventus have won nine successive titles before the arrival of Pirlo, and it will be interesting to see if he can turn his side’s form around next season and guide them back to the top of Italian football.

Gianluigi Donnarumma transfer blow

Meanwhile, the Italian outfit have been linked with goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma in recent months.

They will have to find a quality long term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon, and the 22-year-old AC Milan keeper would be an outstanding addition.

However, AC Milan’s 3-0 win on Sunday could have a big impact on the goalkeeper’s future at the club.

Apparently, Donnarumma wants to play Champions League football, and Juventus could easily miss out on qualification given their form this season.

It will be interesting to see if AC Milan can secure their place in the Champions League next season and convince Donnarumma to sign an extension with them.

It seems that Juventus’s poor form this season could see them miss out on quality signings.

Cristiano Ronaldo skips training

Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo did not train with the side this morning and visited the Ferrari factory in Maranello with Andrea Agnelli and John Elkann.

According to reports, the Portuguese superstar bought a new Ferrari from Exor, the holding company that is run by the Agnelli family.

It will be interesting to see if Juventus decide to hold on to Ronaldo beyond this season. His future has been a matter of speculation for months now.
