Camavinga will not sign a new deal with Rennes.

Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has reportedly opted against signing a new deal, which comes as a huge boost for Real Madrid, who are understood to be one of his potential suitors.

The highly-rated midfielder has been tracked by Los Blancos for a while and even tipped for a big-money move last summer, but he instead chose to continue with Rennes.

With his current deal expiring at the end of the next season, the 18-year-old remains keen on avoiding an extension, which means that he can be signed for a relatively lower amount this summer or even for free at the end of the next season.

Kimmich linked with a move to Bernabeu

Madrid are said to have identified Bayern Munich ace Joshua Kimmich as a successor to his compatriot Toni Kroos at the Bernabeu.

Kimmich is arguably one of the best midfielders in Europe at the moment as he continues to flourish in Hansi Flick’s system.

Los Blancos are planning a move for the 26-year-old next summer, but it remains to be seen whether Bayern would let him go as he has been cited as a real leader and a player who can end up as a club legend.

De Gea move on the cards?

Madrid are said to be one of the clubs linked with a move to Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea, who has apparently lost his place after the emergence of Dean Henderson.

United are ready to accept offers for the Spaniard keeper this summer, with PSG and Atletico Madrid also being linked.

With Thibaut Courtois relishing his best years at the Spanish Capital, it remains to be seen whether Los Blancos would consider his transfer.
