Juventus are looking to bring Paul Pogba back to the club this summer.

The French international is in the final year of his contract with Manchester United, and he has not signed an extension with the Red Devils yet.

According to reports, the newly appointed Juventus manager Max Allegri has made it clear to the club that he wants to bring the Frenchman back.

Allegri worked with Pogba during their time together at Juventus, and the Frenchman produced outstanding performances under the Italian manager.

Pogba’s time at Old Trafford has been quite mediocre, and the player has failed to deliver consistently.

It will be interesting to see if Manchester United are willing to cash in on the player in the coming weeks.

They cannot afford to lose a player of his quality on a free transfer next summer, and therefore a sale in the coming weeks would be ideal if the player refuses to sign an extension.

Pogba has had an outstanding European Championships with France, and it is evident that he’s a world-class player on his day.

For some reason, he has not been able to live up to the expectations at Manchester United, and a return to Juventus could help him regain his form and sharpness.

The midfielder produced some of his best performances at club level with the Italian Serie A giants.

Manchester United paid £89 million for the midfielder, and they will look to demand a premium for the 28-year-old if Juventus come calling this summer.
