  • They are without a top-flight home win vs Juventus this century (D5, L11).

Bologna

11th placed Bologna welcome floundering Juventus to the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara looking to put up a performance and perhaps end the season on a high note.

‘I Rossoblù’ can still finish within the top ten but will need to pick up all three points in this tie and hope that Napoli win against tenth-placed Verona.

However, with one win in their last nine games, they enter this tie on a poor run of form and without confidence.

Their lowly league places is a result of their poor defensive shape which has undone their season. The hosts have the sixth worse defence in the league having conceded 61 times so far.

However, with nothing to play for and without any pressure, Siniša Mihajlović’s side will head into this tie wanting to spoil Juventus’ chances of CL qualification. But they know that they are underwhelming underdogs.

Possible line-ups

Marco Silvestri; Pawel Dawidowicz, Giangiacomo Magnani, Federico Dimarco; Davide Faraoni, Ivan Ilic, Stefano Sturaro, Darko Lazovic; Antonin Barak, Mattia Zaccagni, Kevin Lasagna.

Juventus

After securing their 14th Coppa Italia in mid-week, Juvenyjs will know that only a top-four finish will make this season successful.

Andrea Pirlo‘s side are in danger of missing out of the Champions League for the first time since the 2009/10 season.

They head into this tie one point behind AC Milan and Napoli in fourth and third respectively meaning that their destiny is no longer in their hands.

They will now travel to the North of the country hoping that Napoli or AC Milan drop points while they take maximum points off their hosts. With five wins from their last five meetings against their lowly hosts, they look primed to take maximum points in this fixture.

Leonardo Bonucci is the only injury absentee for Andrea Pirlo who otherwise has a clean bill of health.

Possible line-ups

Wojciech Szczesny; Danilo, Matttijs de Ligt, Giorgio Chiellini, Alex Sandro; Juan Cuadrado, Federico Chiesa, Arthur, Adrien Rabiot; Paulo Dybala, Cristiano Ronaldo.
