Cristiano Ronaldo was present and photographed enjoying El Clásico in Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid when he got an impromptu break from Serie A schedule due to changes in schedule.
There were previously five El Clásico since Ronaldo left Bernabeu, Barcelona won three of them, whereas two ended in a draw. This was Real Madrid’s first win, and they succeeded in difficult circumstances and style.
Real Madrid went past Barcelona to the top of La Liga table, after beating their rival 2-0 in front of their home supporters. Second-half saw Vinicius Junior and Mariano Diaz scoring in the 71st and 92nd minutes respectively, sealing all three points for their side. Apart from goals the old guards of Bernabeu, famous midfield – Tony Kroos, Casemiro and Luca Mordic, were in their elements. They, along with Valverde, had complete control of midfield, where Barca lost the match.
After Real Madrid’s first goal, Vinicius Junior was seen celebrating the goal like Cristiano Ronaldo. Later, it was revealed that Ronaldo came to dressing room and extended his support to his former teammate. That surely inspired the team and surely Vinicius Junior.
