Stadium: Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan

Key Statistics

Chelsea have kept a clean sheet in 6 of their last 8 matches in the Champions League.

Chelsea have won 6 of their last 7 matches in the Champions League.

Porto

Porto will be hoping to pick up an impressive home win in the first leg of the quarter-finals.

They managed to eliminate Juventus in the earlier round and Chelsea cannot afford to underestimate them.

The Portuguese side will fancy their chances at home and it will be interesting to see if they can secure a healthy advantage ahead of the second leg.

Porto will be without Mouhamed Mbaye and Ivan Marcano due to injuries. Mehdi Taremi is suspended and Malang Sarr is ineligible against his parent club.

Possible Porto line-ups

Agustin Marchesin, Wilson Manafa, Chancel Mbemba, Pepe, Zaidu Sanusi, Jesus Corona, Marko Grujic, Mateus Uribe, Otavio, Moussa Marega, Toni Martinez

Chelsea

Chelsea have produced some quality performances in the Champions League this season, especially against the likes of Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.

They were comfortably beaten by West Brom at the weekend and that should give them the reality check they needed right now. The Blues will be hungry for a good result here and Tuchel will demand a strong reaction from his players.

Chelsea have improved a lot since the arrival of Thomas Tuchel and they have lost just once in all competitions since the 19th of January. They have kept 12 clean sheets in their last 16 games.

The Blues will be without N’Golo Kante and Christian Pulisic due to injury. The absence of Kante could be damaging in a tricky away game, but the likes of Kovacic and Jorginho are good enough to get the job done.

Possible Chelsea line-ups

Edouard Mendy, Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva, Kurt Zouma, Reece James, Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, Marcos Alonso, Mason Mount, Kai Havertz, Timo Werner
