Barcelona Transfer: Dybala and Fabian Ruiz links, Roberto fighting for future, Jose Gaya targeted

Manchester City interested to sign Barcelona right back Sergi Roberto

Dybala linked in a swap deal

Juventus ace Paulo Dybala has been linked in a swap deal with Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid after being put on the transfer agenda by the Italians.

The Argentine, who had made only 11 appearances this season, looks to be not in the plans of Andrea Pirlo.

Juve reportedly want Ousmane Dembele in a swap deal involving Dybala as the Frenchman is also subject to the interest of the Italians.

However, the Catalans want to renew the contract of Dembele after showing great progress this season and Joan Laporta, the newly-appointed President, is a huge fan of him.

Fabian Ruiz again on the radar

Barca are said to be still tracking Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz alongside Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

Ruiz was on the radar of the Catalans during Quique Setien’s time however the interest has declined over the course.

Roberto fighting for his career

Sergi Roberto, who has been out of action for a while due to a thigh injury, is reportedly fighting for his career while it has been touted that the coming two months would decide his future.

It is due to the revelation of Sergino Dest, who made a significant impact in the absence of Roberto while Oscar Mingueza, another academy youngster, has fared well in the right-back role.

Jose Gaya targeted by Barca

Barca are closely monitoring Valencia left-back Jose Gaya as they look to reinforce that position, currently occupied by Jordi Alba.

The Catalans are said to have an edge due to the presence of new Sporting director Mateu Alemany, who had previously worked with Los Che.
