Manchester United Transfer News: Sancho, James, Rodriguez

Manchester United have been linked with a move for Jadon Sancho this summer.

As per new reports, Sancho’s other suitors believe that the player will end up at Old Trafford.

Sancho is one of the best young players in the world right now and he would be a tremendous addition to Solskjaer’s side.

The Red Devils need a right sided winger and Sacho would be ideal. He would be a massive upgrade on Daniel James.

A signing like Sancho could transform United into title challengers next year.

It will be interesting to see if the Red Devils can agree on a deal with Dortmund this summer.

The German outfit will demand a premium if they are forced to sell the winger.

Daniel James will not be loaned out by Manchester United even if Jadon Sancho signs, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The MEN state that James, who is United’s top assist maker this season, is a key part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first team plans, regardless of who comes and goes.

And if Sancho were to take James’ place on the right, that could mean a move to the left flank – which is the former Swansea man’s preferred position anyway.

In other news, Manchester United are also looking to snap up James Rodriguez from Real Madrid.

The Colombian is unwanted at Santiago Bernabeu and he could be available for a cut price deal.

Manchester United believe they can help the player regain his form and confidence.

Rodriguez is a top class player when on form and he would be a good investment for United, if the fee is reasonable.

It will be interesting to see if United bring in two creative players in Sancho and Rodriguez.

Although both players play in different positions, it might be difficult to accommodate them all at once in the starting lineup.

Also, United will have to strengthen the other areas of their squad and they might not be able to afford to splash on two creative players in one summer.
