Former Tottenham Hotspur player Jurgen Klinsmann has claimed that he is open to taking over at the London club.
The Premier League side are yet to appoint a long term successor to Jose Mourinho, and Ryan Mason is currently the interim boss at White Hart Lane.
Tottenham have been linked with several managers in recent months, and it will be interesting to see if they end up appointing Jurgen Klinsmann this summer.
The German knows the club well from his time as a player, and he should be able to adapt quickly in England, if he takes over the Premier League club.
Tottenham are in need of someone who can convince their top players to stay and make them a competitive side next season.
Klinsmann has done reasonably well throughout his managerial career, but he might not be the most attractive proposition for top players.
Star striker Harry Kane has been linked with a move away from the London club, and Tottenham must bring in someone who has the appeal and the charisma to convince Keane to stay.
The Londoners have been linked with the likes of Ralf Rangnick, Graham Potter, Roberto Martinez and Antonio Conte in recent weeks as well.
He told Sky Sports: “Definitely you’d entertain it, no doubt. He [Daniel Levy] has my number; he can call me anytime. Spurs is something that you’d always consider.
“I’m always in touch, and doing stuff with Spurs is always something special. I had the best time of my life there during my two spells.
“In the football world, things happen so fast. I never thought I’d coach Germany or the United States, so you have to have an open mind. You have to always think about new challenges, so why not Spurs?”.
The German has previously admitted his willingness to coach Spurs as well.
