Sergio Ramos nearing exit, Real Madrid not to sell Odegaard amid Arsenal interest

Sergio Ramos-Real Madrid

Ramos has chosen a new club?

Sergio Ramos‘ days at Real Madrid are being counted, and the recent report further signifies his exit links from the Spanish capital club.

According to the report, the Spaniard, whose current deal expires this summer, has already chosen his next destination after the negotiations over a contract extension fell through.

Perhaps, Madrid and Ramos had been in talks over a new deal for months, but the Spanish defender found every offer financially low.

However, his future club remains anonymous though PSG is a possibility. Les Parisiens have been linked with Ramos for quite a while, and they are one of the few clubs that can meet his demands financially.

Ramos’ centre-back partner Raphael Varane is also expected to depart this summer as the Frenchman is unlikely to sign a new deal. Manchester United are interested in taking the World Cup winner in a deal worth £60m.

Neither player’s exit won’t affect Madrid a lot as Eder Militao and Nacho have established a great partnership defence, which has seen much success of late.

Real Madrid think Sergio Ramos will leave this summer because he has a better offer.

Real Madrid will keep Odegaard

Los Blancos have reportedly changed their stance on Martin Odegaard as they deemed him not transferable.

Earlier it was reported that the Norwegian playmaker would be shown exit doors to facilitate the arrival of summer target Kylian Mbappe.

Odegaard has been exceptional for Arsenal since his loan move, and Arteta also decided to sign him permanently.

Now, Madrid have deemed him untouchable alongside Vinicius, Rodrygo, Odegaard and Fede Valverde, which comes as a massive blow for the Gunners.
