Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang-Arsenal

Arsenal picked up a morale-boosting 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford earlier today.

This is the first time the London club have won at Old Trafford in the last 14 years and they are now 8th in the table.

Mikel Arteta will be thoroughly impressed with his team’s defensive performance tonight. Arsenal were well organised at the back and Manchester United struggled to get past them.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang converted a penalty in the second half to give Arsenal all three points.

Manchester United have been very poor in the Premier League so far and they are 15th in the League table. it will be interesting to see if they can turn their form around in the coming weeks.

The Red Devils take on Everton away from home in their next game and it will be a tough outing for them. Carlo Ancelotti’s team have been quite competitive this season and they won’t make life easier for Manchester United.

As for Arsenal, the win today will have given them an immense boost. They will be hoping to secure Champions League qualification this season and these results will certainly give them a great platform to build on.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be disappointed with his team’s performance and he will demand a reaction from his players next week. It will be interesting to see if they can step up and deliver.
