The 2020-21 Premier League season has reached its conclusion, and it is time to look back at some of the best signings that have transformed teams in the English top-flight this season.

Here at Anytime football, we look at the 10 best Premier League signings that have made a considerable impact over the past year.

Ruben Dias – Manchester City

The Portuguese international completely transformed the Manchester City defence and helped them win the Premier League title at a canter.

City struggled defensively last year, and they were comprehensively beaten by Liverpool to the title, but the arrival of Ruben Dias has propelled them to the top of English football once again.

Wesley Fofana – Leicester City

Leicester City signed the young Frenchman at the start of the season, and few would have expected the 20-year-old to have the impact he has had so far.

Wesley Fofana helped his side challenge for a top-four finish in the Premier League, and the youngster helped them win the FA Cup this season.

Edouard Mendy – Chelsea 

Before his arrival, Chelsea’s goalkeeping position was a major weaknessbut the Senegalese has been outstanding since he stepped foot into Stamford Bridge.

The 29-year-old has kept the second most clean sheets in the Premier League this season, and he has helped his side secure a top-four finish and reach the Champions League final.

Edinson Cavani – Manchester United

The Uruguayan international has 15 goals and six assists across all competitions, and he has proven to be a priceless signing for the Old Trafford outfit on a free transfer.

It will be interesting to see if Edinson Cavani can help Manchester United win the Europa League later this week.

Vladimir Coufal – West Ham

The Czech defender joined West Ham for a fee of just £4 million at the start of the season, and he has been one of the best right-backs in the country since then.

Vladimir Coufal is one of the main reasons why the Hammers have managed to secure Europa League football for the next season.

Jesse Lingard – West Ham

The Manchester United player joined West Ham on loan during the January transfer window, and he has picked up nine goals and four assists in 16 games.

Emiliano Martinez – Aston Villa

Raphinha – Leeds United
