Real Madrid outcast Isco expected to join AC Milan in January

Isco-Real Madrid

The Spanish playmaker has reportedly chosen Rossoneri as his next club.

AC Milan are set to sign Real Madrid star Isco in the January transfer window as the Spaniard appears not to be in the plans of Carlo Ancelotti.

According to SempreMilan, Milan could sign Isco for a cheap fee of around €4m, with his contract at the Spanish capital club expiring next summer.

Isco’s downfall has been evident over the last few seasons and his name was often linked with various clubs in the past.

Milan showed a great interest in the 29-year-old in the recent summer window in a bid to sign a top class attacking midfielder.

However, they were put off by Isco’s wage demands and instead extended his Madrid teammate Brahim Diaz’s loan spell.

The opportunity has arisen for Milan once again and this time they are expected to get their hands on Isco in January.

With only eight months left in his current deal, Madrid are apparently ready to part ways with for a relatively lower fee.

Isco has a great chance to revive his career at Milan, who have a highly functioning squad and are a contender for the Serie A title due to their unstoppable form this season.

Rossoneri manager Stefano Pioli has managed to get the best out of Diaz and he can do a similar thing to his compatriot Isco.

Milan have been continuing their revival from the last season and their astute transfer strategy is a key reason behind their success. Signing Isco for only €4m looks like a great business.
