Chelsea Transfer: Werner exit, Pulisic talks, Kessie interest and Batshuayi advice

Brighton 1-3 Chelsea Timo Werner's injury the only concern for impressive Blues

Werner exit in Summer!

Chelsea could look to cash in on the German international Timo Werner at the end of the season.

The 25 year old joined the London club for a fee of around £45 million last summer but he has failed to live up to the expectations in the Premier League so far.

Apparently the German international could return to his homeland in a year or two and the deal could be agreed as early as the summer window.

Pulisic set for talks

Meanwhile American International Christian Pulisic is thought to be frustrated with the lack of first-team action at Stamford Bridge and he is set to hold crunch talks with Chelsea regarding his future.

He has played a total of 50 minutes in Chelsea’s last three Premier League games and a player of his calibre needs to play more often in order to keep up his form and continue his development.

Kessie interest

Meanwhile the Blues are thought to be keen on signing Franck Kessie from AC Milan.

The midfielder has one year left on his contract with the Italian club and the 24 year-old could prove to be a quality addition to Tuchel’s midfield.

Batshuayi future

Forgotten Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has been urged to follow the lead of Romelu Lukaku and Kevin de Bruyne this summer.

The Belgian joined Chelsea in 2016 for a fee of around £35 million and he has made just 48 Premier League appearances so far.

Former Belgian striker Erwin Vandenberg has urged Batshuayi to leave the club just like Lukaku and De Bruyne did.

It will be interesting to see if the Belgian can resurrect his career with a move away from Stamford Bridge at the end of this season.
