Real Madrid handed injury boost ahead of this weekend’s clash

Real Madrid has been handed a massive injury boost and Toni Kroos is expected to return to action this weekend.

The German midfielder picked up an injury against Real Betis and the Spanish champions felt his absence in the games that followed.

When Kroos was fit, Real Madrid were missing Isco because of an injury.

Zidane has not been able to field his preferred options so far this season due to injury issues but the Frenchman is set to have all of his midfielders ready for the game against Cadiz at home.

Los Blancos will have Kroos, Modric, Valverde, Odegaard, Casemiro and Isco ready for the next game and Zidane will be delighted with the options at his disposal.

Real Madrid managed to win the title last year and they will be hoping to retain their domestic crown this season as well.

Zidane will need his best players fit and ready in order to beat Barcelona to the title once again and it will be interesting to see is the return of his key players can help the team put together a winning run now.

With the Champions League starting later this month the return of Toni Kroos could not have been better timed.

Real Madrid will need all of their players available when the fixture list gets packed.

The Spanish giants are expected to compete on all fronts and they cannot afford to have multiple injury issues at this stage of the season.
