Liverpool and Bayern Munich are keen on Raphinha, Brazilian keen on playing at a higher level

Raphinha-Leeds United

Leeds United winger Raphinha has been linked with a move away from the Premier League club and it appears that Liverpool and Bayern Munich are keen on securing his services.

According to a report from the mirror, the winger will not push for a move during the January transfer window and it will be interesting to see whether his suitors can convince Leeds to sell him next month.

The Brazilian is currently the top scorer for Leeds with eight goals and he has firmly established himself as one of the best wingers in the country.

Liverpool could certainly use a quality attacker like him to boost their attacking unit and it remains to be seen whether they can fend off the competition from Bayern Munich and secure his services.

The Brazilian winger’s agent has recently claimed that the player has ambitions to play at a higher level and he is likely to leave Leeds at some point in the future.

However, the 25-year-old is not keen on burning his bridges with the Premier League club and he is unlikely to agitate for a transfer.

Raphinha cost a fee of around £17 million back in 2020 and Leeds are likely to demand a premium if they are forced to cash in on him next month or at the end of this season.

Leeds are having a difficult season in the Premier League right now and they will not want to lose a key player like him midway through the season.

It would be fair to assume that the likes of Liverpool and Bayern Munich will have to wait until the summer in order to finalise the transfer.
