“Zlatan’ll play football until 50, they’ve to take him away on a stretcher, ” claims Mino Raiola

AC Milan 2 - 0 Bologna Zlatan Ibrahimovic dazzles with a double

Mino Raiola has heaped praises on his client Ibrahimovic.

Super-agent Mino Raiola has claimed that his client Zlatan Ibrahimovic would play until 50 years of age while adding that the Swede makes up the entire Milan team.

Ibrahimovic, who is currently 39, is defying the odds at the moment after thriving in Serie A this season.

The Swede has racked up 10 goals so far in Italian top flight and is currently topping the league’s scoring charts.

Raiola said,

“He will play football until they have to take him away on a stretcher.

“He can continue until he is 50 but only if he plays at high levels, he can continue.

“He has resurrected all of Milan, he is 90 per cent of that team.”

Raiola also opened up about his client’s years in MLS, labelling LA Galaxy – Zlatan’s former club – as the club which lacks desire. The Dutch agent also added that the former PSG star would be the talisman at any clubs he will step foot in.

“He re-positions the level of the clubs that will then benefit from it in the years to come in the way they react to difficulties, having the strength to go on.

“He still has strength and has the ability to pass something on to the next generation, so he has to continue as long as possible.”

Milan are currently leading the Serie A table and Ibrahimovic’s form has helped them avoid any defeats yet in Serie A this season. The Swedish striker was also on target in Rossoneri’s latest win against Napoli as he scored a brace.

Following the double against Napoli, Ibrahimovic has scored in all of Milan’s last eight fixtures in the league.
