UEFA Europa League Draw 2021: Zlatan set to face Man United in the Round-16

The UEFA Europa League draw for the round of 16 was concluded earlier today in the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

Premier League giants Manchester United have been handed a blockbuster clash against Italian outfit AC Milan.

The tie will see Zlatan Ibrahimovic come up against his former club in a two-legged encounter and it will be interesting to see if the Swedish striker can guide his side to the quarter-finals of the competition.

Manchester United booked their place in the last 16 after beating Real Sociedad over two legs and they will be desperate to go on and win the competition this season as well.

Elsewhere Arsenal will take on Olympiakos and the Gunners will fancy their chances of getting past the Greek side.

Scottish giants Rangers have been handed a tricky draw against Slavia Prague. The Ibrox outfit have been in sensational form this season and it will be interesting to see if they can continue there remarkable run into the quarter-finals now.

Roma will take on Shakhtar Donetsk whereas Dynamo Kyiv will be up against Spanish outfit Villarreal.

Dutch outfit Ajax will be up against Young Boys and Granada will take on Molde.

Finally, Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur will be up against Dinamo Zagreb in the round of 16 and Jose Mourinho will be hoping to guide his side into the quarter-finals.

The first leg of the ties will be played on March 11 and the return leg a week later on March 18.

UEFA will draw the quarterfinal and semifinal ties on the same day, March 19.

The final will take place in Poland at the Stadion Miejski in Gdansk on Wednesday, May 26.
