RB Salzburg forward Karim Adeyemi has been linked with a move away from the Austrian club for months now, and it appears that German outfit Borussia Dortmund are keen on securing his services.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the young forward is the main target for Dortmund, and he could be signed as a replacement for the Norwegian striker Erling Haaland.

Haaland has been linked with a move away from Dortmund and his agent Mino Raiola recently claimed that his client is likely to join a new club at the end of this season.

Dortmund are not the only club interested in securing the talented youngster, and Fabrizio Romano claims that the player has been approached by the likes of BarcelonaInter Milan and Liverpool as well.

However, Adeyemi prefers a move to Borussia Dortmund, and he is close to agreeing on personal terms with the German club.

Dortmund are currently in talks with RB Salzburg regarding the fee, and the two parties are yet to reach an agreement.

Adeyemi is regarded as one of the most talented young attackers in world football right now, and he could prove to be a sensational long term signing for most clubs across Europe.

The 19-year-old needs to join a club where he can play regular first-team football, and Dortmund have an exceptional track record of nurturing young players into stars.

Adeyemi has scored 14 goals in 18 appearances across all competitions so far this season, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Paris Saint-Germain are keen on snapping up the prodigious young talent as well, and they are not prepared to give up on the chase just yet.
