Mohamed Salah-Aubameyang-Liverpool-Arsenal

The FA Cup draw for the quarter finals have been concluded and they are scheduled to take place over the weekend of 20 and 21 March.

The 5th round of the competition concluded earlier tonight and the likes of Southampton and Chelsea booked their place in the final eight with wins over Wolverhampton Wanderers and Barnsley.

Earlier the likes of Manchester City, Everton, Leicester City and Manchester United had booked their place in the quarter finals.

The Toffees will be up against Premier League leaders Manchester City in the next round of the FA Cup. Meanwhile, Bournemouth will host Southampton and Leicester City will host Manchester United.

Tonight’s winners Chelsea will take on Sheffield United.

Manchester City are undoubtedly the best team left in the competition right now and Pep Guardiola will fancy his team’s chances of winning the trophy.

They won the trophy in 2019 beating Watford in the final and it will be interesting to see if they can go all the way this time as well.

As for Manchester United and Chelsea, they are both capable of winning the competition this season but they will have to iron out there on inconsistencies and improve in the next rounds.

Both clubs have done well in the recent weeks and they will be looking to build on those performances now.
