Barcelona are reportedly looking to replace Ronald Koeman as their manager this summer.

The Dutchman has failed to guide the Catalan giants to the League title this season, and his side were quite poor in the Champions League as well.

According to reports, club president Joan Laporta has informed Koeman that he is likely to be replaced this summer, and Barcelona are looking to flesh out potential replacements over the next two weeks.

Koeman is currently waiting to find out his fate, and it will be interesting to see if he can hold onto his job beyond this summer.

Top class managers like Antonio Conte and Max Allegri could be available in the coming weeks, and Barcelona could definitely use someone better than Koeman next season.

Barcelona have been linked with Hansi Flick as well.

The Dutchman is a reasonably good manager, but he has no experience of managing an elite club like Barcelona, where the pressure to win trophies is immense.

Furthermore, the Spanish club are likely to enter a rebuilding phase right now, and it would be better for them to appoint a proven winner like Conte or Allegri.

Several first-team stars are likely to be up for sale this summer, and Barcelona are currently crippled with debt. The Catalan giants will have to build their squad on young talents, and someone like Conte would be ideal.

The Italian did a fantastic job rebuilding Juventus and Inter Milan, and he could be the ideal man for Barcelona next season.

Furthermore, managers like Conte and Allegri could help Barcelona attract better players as well.
