Arsenal are looking to sell Lucas Torreira this summer and the midfielder has been linked with a move to Fiorentina.
As per reports, the Gunners want around £27m for the defensive midfielder and it will be interesting to see if the Italian side are willing to pay that.
Torreira was a star in Serie A before his move to Arsenal and a return to Italy would be ideal for him.
He needs to play regular first team football and Fiorentina can provide him with that platform.
He has fallen out of favour at Arsenal and the Gunners are looking to bring in an alternative this summer.
Arsenal have been linked with Thomas Partey and HoussemAouar.
It will be interesting to see if they can agree on a fee for either player.
Meanwhile, Dani Ceballos is closing in on a return this summer as well. The player has no future at Real Madrid and he will rejoin the Gunners on a loan deal once again. He managed to impress Arteta during his loan spell at the club last season.
Arsenal have already improved their defence with the signing of Gabriel Magalhaes and it seems that they are determined to improve their midfield options as well.
