Tottenham striker Harry Kane was heavily linked with a move away from the London club last summer.

However, the Premier League side managed to convince the England international striker to stay at the club.

Back then Manchester City were reportedly keen on signing the player. However, Daniel Levy demanded a considerable sum of money and the Premier League champions had to back out of the transfer.

It seems that Kane is now enjoying life under Antonio Conte and he could be open to staying at the club for the long run.

The latest reports claim that the striker believes that Tottenham are heading in the right direction under the management of the Italian and he is considering staying at the London club for the remainder of his career.

Kane is undoubtedly one of the best players in the world and his decision to commit his long term future to Tottenham could be a massive boost for the fans and the dressing room.

Conte has helped Tottenham return to the Champions League this past season and he will be hoping to win trophies next year.

The Italian will need his best players to stay in order to have a successful season and Kane is certainly an indispensable asset for Tottenham.

The England international has formed an incredible attacking partnership with South Korean forward Son Heung Min and it will be interesting to see if the two players can guide Tottenham to silverware next year.

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has proven his pedigree in English football in the past and it is no surprise that the top players at the club are confident that he can lead them to success.
