Manchester United Update: Latest on Van de Beek, Erling Haaland, Jadon Sancho

Ole Gunnar Solskjær-Manchester United

Van de Beek urged to leave Manchester United

Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek has been urged to leave the club if he doesn’t play in the Manchester derby.

The Premier League side signed the Dutch international for a fee of around £35 million in the summer but he has started just two Premier League games for Manchester United.

The midfielder will want to play more often especially with the Euro 2020 coming up in the summer.

The lack of game time at club level could cost Donny van de Beek his place in the Netherlands squad for the summer tournament.

Recently Ole Gunnar Solskjaer claimed that and a new player needs more time to adapt to the League and it remains to be seen whether the Dutchman could convince the Manchester United manager that he is ready for regular football.

Manchester United made Erling Haaland top transfer priority

Meanwhile Manchester United have made the Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland their top transfer priority for the summer window.

The Norwegian is one of the best finishers in world football right now and it is no surprise that the Premier League side want to sign him.

Both Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial are more effective in the wide areas and Manchester United need a proper number nine to lead their attack.

Jadon Sancho interest reportedly cooled

The interest in Jadon Sancho has reportedly cooled because of his valuation by the German club. Furthermore the England international has not been at his best over the last few months and it remains to be seen if he can regain his form during the second half of the season.
