West Ham agree deal to sign 25-year-old, medical on Wednesday

Chelsea expedite talks for Brentford winger Saïd Benrahma

West Ham have agreed on a deal to sign Said Benrahma from Brentford and the 25 year old is all set to undergo his medical on Wednesday.

The midfielder is one of the best players in the Championship and he should prove to be a quality addition for the London site.

West Ham needed someone to add more creativity and depth to their attack and Benrahma will do just that.

The 25 year old is a fantastic dribbler and he can score goals as well. Benrahma managed to score 17 goals last season and he managed to pick up ten assists as well.

The midfielder is still quite young and he is likely to improve with experience and coaching. He has the potential to develop into a top class player for the Hammers.

The domestic transfer window closes on the 16th of this month and it will be interesting to see if West Ham manage to sign a defender before the window closes.

Along with an attacker, West Ham have been heavily linked with the centre back as well.

Benrahma is an impressive signing for them and a quality defender would be the icing on the cake for the Hammers.

The player was linked with Aston Villa and Chelsea earlier in the window as well and the Hammers fans will be delighted to have secured his services for the coming seasons.

It will be interesting to see how Moyes sets up his attack now. Benrahma can play on the flanks as well as a number ten.
