Manchester United are now closing in on the transfer of Jadon Sancho after agreeing personal terms with the winger.
As per reports, the agreement with Dortmund is close as well. The Premier League side will pay around £70million up front and the remainder of the fee will be paid in add-ons.
Sancho is thought to be excited at the prospect of joining the Premier League side this summer.
Reports claim that the winger will be handed the iconic number 7 shirt at Manchester United, which has been worn by club legends like Beckham, Ronaldo and Best.
Apparently, Sancho will sign a five year contract with the Red Devils worth around £340,000 per week.
It will be interesting to see if Manchester United can wrap up the formalities in the coming days.
Sancho has scored 20 goals this season and he has 18 assists to his name as well. He will be a massive upgrade on Daniel James next season.
United will be hoping to challenge for the Premier League title next season and someone like Sancho could help them do that.
Solskjaer already has three talented young attackers in Martial, Rashford and Greenwood. Sancho could complete the quartet.
Sancho will add pace and flair to their attack and it would help them break down the deep defenses. Bruno Fernandes has already helped them unlock Premier League defenses since joining in January and Sancho will only make them more lethal going forward.
