Antonio Conte ready to manage Manchester United if two conditions are met

Antonio Conte put Inter to the top of Serie A, despite 16 injuries in 4 months

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under a lot of pressure after a series of disappointing results in recent weeks.

There have been rumours that the club hierarchy are already looking at potential replacements for the Norwegian manager and Duncan Castles claims that Antonio Conte is interested in taking the job.

The former Chelsea manager is currently out of a job after he decided to quit Inter Milan.

Conte is undoubtedly one of the best coaches around the world right now and he helped the Italian side win the league title last season.

The 52-year-old has the experience of managing a Premier League club as well and he managed to guide Chelsea to a Premier League title during his time at Stamford Bridge.

However, the Italian will only take the Manchester United job if certain conditions are met.

Apparently, the Italian wants unwavering support from the club hierarchy and he needs to be allowed to choose his own tactics.

Manchester United have failed to win their last three Premier League matches and they will take on Liverpool at the weekend. A defeat against the Reds could be a devastating blow for Solskjaer and the Red Devils.

It will be interesting to see if the Norwegian can turn things around at Old Trafford in the coming weeks.

Manchester United had an impressive transfer window and they will be expected to launch a proper challenge for the Premier League title and the Champions League trophy.

If things do not improve rapidly, Solskjaer could find himself out of a job soon.
