Arsenal set for mass exodus as six players placed on the transfer exchange

Arsenal eyeing for Thomas Partey and permanent Ceballos deal

The Gunners are looking to generate funds with the sales of up to six players.

Arsenal are reportedly planning for a mass exodus as they look to add up around £120m with the potential sales of six players.

The list includes Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah, Hector Bellerin, Lucas Torreira, Matteo Guendouzi and Ainsley Maitland-Niles.

Lacazette’s consistency and fitness have been questioned a lot this season, although he had bettered the goals tally (13)than the previous season. Furthermore, the 29-year-old has been linked with moves to Atletico Madrid and Juventus.

So is Hector Bellerin, whose name is running high on the wish list of Barcelona and PSG despite the Spaniard’s contract running until 2023.

It was reported earlier that the Gunners want £20m each for graduates Eddie Nketiah and Maitland Niles, with the latter currently on loan at West Bromwich Albion. Nketiah has failed to make a big impact this season, and it’s no surprise his name has been placed on the transfer exchange.

Mikel Arteta is said to have decided to sell Matteo Guendouzi, who left for Hertha Berlin on loan last summer after a fallout with the Spanish manager.

Lucas Torreira, currently on loan at Atletico Madrid, made no secret about leaving the Emirates Stadium in order to complete his dream move to Boca Juniors.

The North Londoners have reached new lows this season as they are currently tenth in the Premier League and far off from securing qualification in the Champions League.

Arteta would be desperate for a major squad overhaul this summer as he knows that only new signings could maximise Arsenal’s chances of being a title contender.
