Manchester United Update: Pogba building up match fitness, Dalot offer submitted, Dembele pursuit

Paul Pogba-France

Pogba returning to peak fitness

French midfielder Paul Pogba put in an impressive display against Kazakhstan for his country and it seems that the international break could benefit him and Manchester United.

The Frenchman recently returned to action from an injury for his club and he is still building up his match fitness.

The international break seems to have come at a good time for him and these appearances against Kazakhstan and the upcoming game against Bosnia will help the 28-year old midfielder return to this peak condition.

Manchester United are entering the business end of the season in the Premier League and they will need their star midfielder fit and firing for the remaining games.

AC Milan submit Dalot offer

Meanwhile, it seems AC Milan are interested in signing Diogo Dalot permanently at the end of the season and they have already sent a £12 million offer to Manchester United for the right back.

The Portuguese defender is currently on loan at the Italian club and he is open to a permanent transfer away from Old Trafford.

It will be interesting to see if Manchester United are willing to sanction Dalot’s exit in the summer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs a quality alternative to Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Dalot could be really useful for Manchester United in the coming years.

Selling him to AC Milan now could force United to dip into the transfer market for another right back.

AC Milan are in talks with #mufc and have made an opening offer of £12m for Diogo Dalot.

Dembele pursuit

The Red Devils continue to be linked with the Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele.

The Frenchman seems to have overcome his injury issues this season and he was quite impressive for France during the international break.

Apparently Manchester United remain in contact with the winger and they have informed his entourage that they are willing to submit an offer to Barcelona this summer.

It will be interesting to see if the Spanish outfit are willing to cash in on the player this summer.

Dembele has failed to live up to the expectations since his move from Borussia Dortmund due to injuries but Ronald Koeman is thought to be happy with the player.
