Arsenal are interested in signing the Amiens striker Serhou Guirassy. According to Daily Mail, West Ham are keen on the player as well.

The Gunners need to add more goals to their side and Guirassy could prove to be a decent addition.

Apparently, the 24-year-old striker wants a move to the Premier League this summer and it will be interesting to see if Arsenal can get the deal done.

Amiens have been relegated from Ligue 1 and Guirassy is too good to play in the second division. He has scored 9 goals for the French side this season but those are impressive numbers considering how poor Amiens have been as a team. Toulouse will be the other club relegated from Ligue 1.

Serhou Guirassy is likely to perform better in a team like Arsenal. He will have better players around him and Arteta’s progressive football will suit him better as well.

The French outfit paid £5million for the player when they signed him last summer and they will be looking to make a hefty profit if Arsenal try to sign the forward.

Arsenal certainly have the resources to tempt the French outfit. Also, they won’t have any problems convincing the player. The Gunners are a top Premier League club and most players would be tempted to join them.

It remains to be seen whether the likes of West Ham make an approach for Guirassy. Amiens will be hoping for more interest in their star striker so that a bidding war can drive the price up.
