Borussia Dortmund beat Schalke 04 in one of the five matches in Bundesliga, which signalled restart of 2019-20 campaign of top German league after it was halted by Coronavirus outbreak.
The host beat 4-0 at empty black-and-yellow Signal Aduna park as Erling Haaland, Raphaël Guerreiro (2) and Thorgan Hazard scored for Borussia Dortmund.
The match had its elements as football restarts in Europe and Germany as all footballers and staff abide by social distancing norms. Raphael Guerreiro added two more goals at 45′ and 63′ respectively. And Thorgan Hazard scored the third goal for Dortmund in between Guerreiro hit the back of the net twice.
Jadon Sancho was introduced very late in the game, at 79′ and replaced seemingly uncomfortable Thorgan Hazard.
