Juventus set for crucial summer with futures of Ronaldo, Pirlo and Buffon up in the air

Ronaldo-Pirlo-Juventus

Juventus have a massive summer ahead of themselves.

The Italian giants could miss out on Champions League qualification, and it could lead to a massive exodus.

The likes of Cristiano RonaldoGianluigi Buffon and Andrea Pirlo could all be on their way out of the club this summer. It will be interesting to see how the Italian outfit handle a major rebuild ahead of the start of the next season.

According to reports, Ronaldo could be the first departure this summer if the club fails to qualify for Champions League football.

Meanwhile, Paulo Dybala’s future at the club is uncertain as well, and he has not signed a new contract with them yet. The Argentine has one year left on his deal, and it will be interesting to see if he is ready to stay without Champions League football.

The likes of Ronaldo and Dybala are top-class players who deserve to play at the highest level, and it would be understandable if they decided to leave.

Furthermore, Gianluigi Buffon has already made up his mind, and the 43-year-old announced on social media that he would leave the Italian club in the summer.

Given the poor form of Juventus this season, Andrea Pirlo’s future is under a lot of pressure as well, and it remains to be seen whether the former Juventus midfielder can convince the club hierarchy to give him another season.

Pirlo has struggled massively this season, and he is quite unproven as a coach. It wouldn’t be surprising If the Italian outfit went for a more seasoned appointment in the summer.

The Italian outfit are also reeling from the pressure of having committed to the European Super League.

Apparently, the Italian outfit are under pressure to withdraw from the competition, or they could be out of the Italian League next season.

It will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds at Juventus over the next few weeks.

Champions League qualification is not beyond them just yet, but it will be difficult, and the Italian club will have to finish the season strongly.

Ronaldo substituted with Inter down to 10 men

This could fuel a lot of speculation but it could be well thought out substitution from Andrea Pirlo, with 20 minutes of the match still to be played out.

Ronaldo did not look too unhappy with the decision as we noticed in some of the previous occasion. Perhaps in Juventus, nobody wants to do any mistake as their Champions League participation is hanging by a thread.
