Tebas explains how Barcelona can sign Lewandowski, Bernardo Silva; Neymar linked with a return

Barcelona willing to sign both Neymar and Martinez

Tebas opens up about Barcelona transfers

Barcelona president Javier Tebas has revealed that the Spanish La Liga giants could go on a spending spree if they can get their economic situation in order this summer.

They have been linked with several top players in recent months, including Robert LewandowskiBernardo Silva and Neymar

The Bayern Munich striker has his heart set on a move away from the Allianz Arena, and Neymar has been put up for sale by PSG. Meanwhile, Silva is keen on a move away from the Premier League as well, and Guardiola has admitted that he doesn’t want to hold on to unhappy players.

There have been reports that Barcelona have already submitted a £34m bid for the Polish international.

Tebas claims that Barcelona will have to get their financial levers moving to pull off these signings. The club hierarchy have already voted for the Barcelona merchandising and licensing sales which could rake in a sum of around 600m.

He told Cope, “If Barça manages to activate the levers, they will be able to sign Lewandowski, Bernardo Silva and some others.”

Furthermore, players like Frankie de Jong could also be sold to bring in more funds for transfers.

It will be interesting to see how the situation unfolds over the next few weeks now.

Neymar offered to Barcelona

Meanwhile, the links with Neymar will certainly excite Barcelona fans. The Brazilian was an exceptional player for the Spanish club during his time at Camp Nou, and he won multiple trophies with the club.

The 30-year-old is still a world-class player, and he would improve Xavi’s side immensely if the transfer goes through. Apparently, the player has been offered to Barcelona for a fee of around just £43m.
