Arsenal to make Mika Biereth as their third signing.

Arsenal opened their account in the summer transfer window by signing Nuno Tavares and Albert Sambi Lokonga.

Fulham wonderkid Mika Biereth would reportedly be their third signing after reaching an agreement with the West Londoners.

Biereth, 18, has garnered massive attention following his breathtaking 2021 season with the Cottagers’ youth ranks, racking up 21 goals in 21 games.

The teenage prospect was also said to have rejected a contract extension from Fulham, and the Gunners managed to secure a deal. Fulham were relegated to Championship from Premier League once again.

The Gunners will now bolster their youth ranks by adding Biereth, and he is expected to reach greater heights in the coming years.

Biereth can follow the footsteps of youngsters like Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe, who have made an immediate impact in the first team after making a quick leap from the youth ranks.

Arsenal interested in Denis Zakaria

Midfield is one of the areas Mikel Arteta will look to strengthen ahead of next season, and there are a handful of players on the club’s radar.

The Gunners have reportedly registered an interest in Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder Denis Zakaria, and the German club has confirmed that their prized asset is looking for green pastures this summer.

Meanwhile, the Gunners have also been given the green light to go for the Swiss international.

Zakaria has been one of the best defensive midfielders in Bundesliga over the last few years, attracting interest from Europe’s top clubs.

Arteta ponders over the midfielder options following Matteo Guendouzi’s loan move to Marseille, and Granit Xhaka is likely to complete a move to AS Roma.

Thomas Partey’s fitness continues to be a concern, while Real Madrid duo Dani Ceballos and Martin Odegaard had their loan spells at Emirates Stadium ended, leaving Arteta depleted with options.
