Arsenal are keen on signing the Juventus defender Daniele Rugani.

The 25-year-old is not a key member of the starting lineup at Juventus and he needs a move to resurrect his career.

At this stage of his career, he needs to play regular first team football.

Apparently, Wolves are keen on the player as well.

It will be interesting to see whether Arsenal come forward with an offer for the defender.

Rugani is unlikely to cost a lot give his status at Juventus. Also, he will be tempted if the Gunners come calling.

Arsenal are in desperate need of quality centre backs and Rugani could prove to be useful.

Luiz could be on his way out of the club this summer and Sokratis is in his 30s as well. Meanwhile, Mustafi is unreliable.

Rugani is highly rated in Italy and if Arteta can help him fulfill his potential at Emirates, Arsenal could have a quality player on their hands.

It will be interesting to see if Wolves try to rival Arsenal for the defender’s signature. Wolves have the finances to sign Rugani as well.

Nuno is excellent at developing players and he could bring out the best in Rugani.

Furthermore, Wolves are doing better than Arsenal at the moment and they might be able to offer him European football as well.

It remains to be seen who ends up signing the 25-year-old this summer.
