Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has been linked with a move away from the club.
The talented young midfielder has fallen out of favour since the arrival of Mikel Arteta.
His antics on the training pitch this has infuriated the Arsenal manager and he’s looking to cash in on the midfielder this summer.
According to the latest reports, the Frenchman has submitted a transfer request and he’s looking to leave the London club.
It would be wise of Arsenal to let the player leave before the window closes. He is clearly not interested in performing for Arsenal and the money would be better invested elsewhere.
There is no doubt that Guendouzi is a top-class talent and he could develop into a world-class player in future. However, his attitude makes it difficult for Arsenal to stick with him.
It will be interesting to see where the young midfielder ends up in the coming weeks.
He has been linked with the likes of Lyon and PSG.
Guendouzi needs to join a club where he can play regular first-team football and a return to France would be ideal for him.
Apparently, clubs in Italy and Spain are keen on the midfielder as well and they have been in touch with his entourage.
Guendouzi is yet to feature for Arsenal this season.
