Everton 1-3 Man United: Bruno Fernandes inspires the comeback win

Bruno Fernandes-Manchester United

Manchester United picked up a 3-1 win over Everton in the Premier League earlier today.

Bernard gave the home side their lead on the 19th minute but Bruno Fernandes scored the leveller for the visitors six minutes later.

The Portuguese international scored again in the first half to give the Red Devils their lead and Ole Gunnar’s team did well to defend their advantage.

Edinson Cavani scored in added time to wrap up all three points for the away side.

Manchester United came into the game needing a win after the defeat against Istanbul Basaksehir during the midweek in the Champions League.

Solskjaer will be pleased with his side’s performance today and United will be hoping to build on this result in the coming weeks now.

Manchester United have been quite Inconsistent this season and they will be looking to turn their form around now.

They will be expected to secure Champions league football for the next season and United must look to add some sort of consistency to their game in order to achieve that.

As for Everton, they will be disappointed with the recent dip in form after a good start to the season.

It is evident that Ancelotti’s team have lost their momentum and they will have to work hard in the coming weeks to regain their form.

Richarlison’s return to action in the coming weeks should help them improve.

Everton will be hoping to challenge for European qualification and they need to react strongly in their next outing.
