Liverpool are keen on signing the Brazilian talent Talles Magno this summer. According to Daily Star, Liverpool have already made an offer for the player and they are leading the chase.
Magno is highly rated in Brazil and although Vasco do not want to sell the player this summer, they might be forced to do so.
The Brazilian outfit are under financial stress because of the Coronavirus pandemic and they will have to balance their books through sales.
Magno is tipped for a big future in the game and it would be quite a coup for Liverpool if they managed to sign him.
Liverpool have done well to nurture young players over the years and they could help Magno fulfill his immense potential at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp is also known for his willingness to promoted young players and his presence at the helm could help the Reds convince the player that Anfield is the perfect destination for him.
The likes of Alexander-Arnold and Curtis Jones have developed very well under Klopp and Magno will be hoping to follow in their footsteps if he joins the Reds.
The Brazilian has a release clause of around €50m but Vasco know that they won’t be able to get that kind of money for him in this market.
They are willing to lower their demands and settle for a fee of around €30m this summer.
It will be interesting to see if the two clubs can agree on a fee now.
