Bayern Munich are in the race to win Sadio Mane at Jurgen Klopp’s side. In previous reports, Mane wants to leave the club despite his contract will expire next year. It also reported that he was asking for changes in his wages. Liverpool is said to decline.

As stated in Caught offside, Munich have submitted a £21m offer plus bonuses to bring Mane to Germany. However, the Reds declined the fairly low offer. They want to receive a fee that is equal to one of their prize assets, Mane has been a good player this season with the club. Acknowledging his potential deserves a high-risk transfer fee.

In this season, the 30-year-old Senegal played 32 matches and scored 16 goals.

Good thing, the transfer window has only just opened, so there’s plenty of time for the two clubs to discuss and closed the deal. Jurgen Klopp understands that Mane no longer wants to walk with them at Anfield. Somehow the manager is being cooperative with his transfer negotiations though is it a bit rocky at the moment.
