Liverpool winger Sadio Mane has been linked with a move away from the Premier League giants at the end of this season.

According to a report from Goal.com, the Senegalese international is willing to leave the Premier League side to join Real Madrid or Barcelona in the summer.

The winger recently lifted the African Cup of Nations trophy, and it will be interesting to see if Liverpool can hold onto him beyond this summer.

The Reds recently signed Luis Diaz from Porto, who plays in a similar position. The Colombian’s arrival is bound to add to the uncertainty surrounding Sadio Mane’s future at the club.

The former Southampton winger has been an exceptional servant for the club since joining, and he has helped Liverpool win the Premier League and the Champions League, amongst other trophies.

Mane is undoubtedly one of the best players in the world, and he would be a quality addition for Real Madrid or Barcelona if they manage to pull off his services.

However, the player is admired at Anfield, and he is rated highly by Jurgen Klopp.

It would be shocking if Liverpool decided to cash in on the player this summer.

Mane is well settled at Anfield, and he’s a key player for the Reds. Liverpool have a special squad at their disposal, and they are challenging for the Champions League and Premier League trophies consistently. There is no reason for the player to angle for a move away from the Premier League, and it will be interesting to see how the situation evolves over the next few months.

Meanwhile, Mane is not the only player linked with a move away from Liverpool at the end of this season. Egyptian international Mohamed Salah could be on his way out of the club if the two parties fail to agree on the new contract terms.
