Tottenham star might have been exposed to the Coronavirus

Southampton 2-5 Tottenham Son thrashed four goals, Kane scored the fifth

Tottenham forward Son Heung-Min might have been exposed to the Coronavirus while on international duty with his country.

According to reports, four players and a member of staff have tested positive for Coronavirus while on international duty with South Korea and the Premier League star will now be tested to determine whether he has the virus or not.

Jose Mourinho will be desperately hoping that the South Korean tests negative.

He has been a key player for Tottenham and the London side cannot afford to lose him after the international break.

Tottenham will be hoping to get back into the Champions League and challenge for trophies this season and they will need players like Son fit and firing in order to achieve their goals.

The South Korean recently won the Premier League player of the month for October after his splendid performances over the last few weeks.

The South Korean is arguably the best player in the club right now and if he tests positive for Coronavirus, he will be sidelined for a minimum of two weeks.

With the fixtures piling up ahead of the festive period, Tottenham will be hoping to have him fit and fresh for their upcoming matches.

Son has scored vital goals for Jose Mourinho’s side ever since the Portuguese took charge of the London club and there have been talks of a new deal as well.

Spurs are apparently prepared to reward the South Korean with a bumper payrise.
