Tottenham are undergoing a major overhaul behind the scenes and it will be interesting to see how it affects their on-pitch developments.
The club has appointed a technical performance director to help Jose Mourinho with transfers and Steve Hitchen has already made his mark with the signings of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Matt Doherty.
From building a new stadium replacing Pochettino, Tottenham have gone through a major rebuild and Levy’s plans starting to take a shape now.
It will be interesting to see how the Londoners perform on the pitch now.

Meanwhile, the Premier League side have announced the arrival of former Swansea City chairman and Chelsea, Leeds and Everton CEO Trevor Birch as well. The 62-year-old will take charge of operations at the club’s Hotspur Way training complex and he will be the director of football operations at the club.
The Tottenham board headed by Daniel Levy will now comprise of Birch, Hitchen and the club’s former Director of Football Operations Rebecca Caplehorn.
Finally, Academy manager Dean Rastrick has taken charge as the academy head and he will be supported by Chris Powell and ex-Spurs player Ryan Mason.
