Kane wants to join one of the Manchester clubs

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is expected to leave the club in the summer if the London club fails to qualify for the Champions League next season.

According to reports, Paris Saint Germain will look to sign him as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe if the Frenchman decides to move on.

However the England international would prefer to remain in England and join one of the Manchester clubs.

Tottenham value their star striker at around £150 million and it will be interesting to see if the likes of Manchester City and Manchester United are willing to pay that much for his services.

A player of Harry Kane’s calibre deserves to play Champions League football every year and challenge for the major trophies. If Spurs cannot provide him with that platform, he should look to move on.

Nuno identified as Mourinho replacement

Meanwhile Spurs are thought to be lining up a replacement for Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese manager has failed to live up to the expectations at the London club despite the considerable backing he received during the summer transfer window.

Sports were expected to challenge for the major honours and qualify for Champions League football.

The Londoners are nowhere near a title challenge and they are in danger of missing out on Champions League qualification as well.

Apparently Daniel Levy is a big fan of Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Nuno Espirito Santo and he wants the 47-year-old to replace Mourinho next season.

It will be interesting to see if Spurs can convince Nuno to leave his project at Wolves and take over from Jose Mourinho in the summer.
