Manchester United picked up a narrow 1-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League earlier today.

Mason Greenwood scored a late winner to secure all three points for the Red Devils who are now two points adrift of league leaders Tottenham Hotspur.

The Red Devils have made a reasonably good start to the season and it remains to be seen whether they can build on this and put together a winning run in the Premier League now.

As for Wolves, it has been a poor start for them and they are currently 18th in the Premier League table.

Here at Anytime football, we look at the three major talking points from the game.

The development of Mason Greenwood

It was a tough outing for the Premier League giants who struggled to find a way past the Wolves resilience.

However, Greenwood scored a late winner to hand Manchester United the three points. The Manchester United teenager is arguably the most talented young player in the Premier League right now.

Very few youngsters have managed to deliver with consistency despite not being a regular starter for the side. It will be interesting to see how Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival affects his future at the club.

The 19-year-old bagged 12 goals and 6 assists across all competitions last season and he has started this one in red hot form as well.

Solskjær: "It's [Greenwood's goal] special. To get the shot on target from that angle is good, of course the keeper maybe could have saved it but he hit it so quickly. The beauty of him is that he can go outside right foot and inside left foot." #mulive [bbc]

Impeccable away record

The win over Wolves today extended Manchester United’s unbeaten run to 28 away League games.

It is the best away streak in Premier League history and Ole Gunnar Solskjer’s men continue to prove that they can grind out results in the face of adversity.

A team that is expected to challenge for the Premier League title needs to show that they have what it takes to grind out difficult wins.

David de Gea’s wonder save

Greenwood is not the only player who contributed massively to the win tonight. Goalkeeper David De Gea who is often criticized for his dip in performances pulled off a stunning double save to deny Romain Saiss.

The Spaniard’s save against Wolves tonight could go down as one of the best saves of the season.

That has got to be the best save of the season already. @D_DeGea ????????????@ManUtd
