Manchester United Transfer: Red Devils decide Lingard asking price, French defender on their radar

Jesse Lingard-West Ham United

Lingard asking price

Manchester United attacker Jesse Lingard joined West HamUnited on loan during the January transfer window and he has been in spectacular form for the Hammers.

The 28-year-old has scored six goals and has three assists to his name since joining the London club and West Ham will look to sign him permanently at the end of the season.

According to reports the Red Devils could demand around £30 million for Lingard and it will be interesting to see if West Ham are willing to pay that kind of money for the England international.

Lingard has been one of the best players at the club but he will be 29 soon and £30 million might be too much for him in the current financial climate.

Ibrahima Konate interest

Manchester United are thought to be interested in signing the French defender Ibrahima Konate.

The Red Devils need to find an upgrade on the likes of Victor Lindelof this summer and the RB Leipzig star would be a superb addition.

Konate is highly talented and is regarded as one of the most promising young defensive prospects in European football right now.

Liverpool are trying to sign the player as well and it remains to be seen where he ends up.

The RB Leipzig defender is quite young and he has his best years ahead of him. He is likely to improve further with experience and he has the potential to develop into a world-class player.
