Tottenham Hotspur threw away a two-goal lead against Olympiacos on Wednesday evening, as the residence side fought back to claim a priceless point in their opening Champions League match.

Spurs took the lead on 26 mins, Kane created the chance and earned the penalty, when he was tripped inside the box. Later he converted the penalty to provide visitor 1-0 lead. Lucas Moura increased the Lilywhites’ advantage on the half-hour mark.

The hosts pulled an objective back prior to half-time, Daniel Podence exchanging passes with Mathieu Valbuena before gunning past Hugo Lloris. Valbuena then levelled the competition from the spot, after Christian Eriksen unnecessarily shed property on the edge of his very own box.
