Rodrigo De Paul interest

AC Milan are interested in signing the Udinese midfielder Rodrigo de Paul this summer.

The 26-year-old has been outstanding in the Italian League, and it is no surprise that Milan are looking to snap him up in the summer.

The Argentine midfielder is heading into his peak years, and he could be the ideal long term replacement for Castillejo.

Apparently, the Italian giants are set to open talks with Udinese regarding their captain, and they have been following the player for years now.

The player has been linked with the likes of Leeds United in recent months, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Fikayo Tomori plan

Meanwhile, Milan are looking to sign the Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori on a permanent deal.

The 23-year-old is currently on loan from a Premier League club, and he has been outstanding for the Italian outfit.

Club manager Stefano Pioli has confirmed, but Milan will look to exercise their £26 million purchase option on the centre back this summer.

“We want to buy Tomori on a permanent deal from Chelsea,” the Milan boss told reporters. “Our intention is clear and also Fikayo’s decision (staying at Milan). We’ll see what happens at the end of the season.”

Zlatan Ibrahimovic injury blow

Meanwhile, star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was recently forced off against Juventus with an injury, and his participation in the Euro 2020 is in doubt.

The striker recently returned from his retirement to play in Euros with Sweden, and it will be interesting to see if he can recover in time for this summer’s tournament.

According to reports, the extent of his injury is yet to be determined.
