Liverpool Transfer: Coutinho return, Donyell Malen links and Nabil Fekir interest

Philippe Coutinho-Barcelona

Coutinho available for £35m

Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho has been linked with a return to Anfield once again.

According to reports, the Brazilian could be available for a fee of around £35 million this summer and Liverpool could bring him back to solve their creative problems.

The Reds have struggled in the midfield this season and Coutinho’s return would add more quality and goals to their side.

The Brazilian has failed to make his mark at Barcelona and he was recently loaned out to Bayern Munich.

It is evident that he has no future at Camp Nou and a return to the Premier League could help him recapture his best form.

Reds keen on Donyell Malen

Meanwhile, the Reds are thought to be keen on signing the PSV forward Donyell Malen.

The former Arsenal youngster has developed into a quality young forward and he has 15 goals to his name this season.

Jurgen Klopp needs to freshen up his attack this summer and Malen would be the ideal alternative to Roberto Firmino who has been underperforming for over a year now.

Fekir interest

Finally, the Reds have been linked with a move for the Real Betis attacking midfielder Nabil Fekir.

The French international was very close to joining Liverpool in 2018 but the deal collapsed at the last minute.

It will be interesting to see if Liverpool can resurrect the move and bring Fekir to Anfield this summer.

The Reds are in need of some attacking reinforcements and signings like Fekir, Coutinho and Malen could take them to a whole new level.
