Arsenal are looking to sign the French midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer.
As per Le 10 Sport, the Gunners believe that Rabiot could form an excellent long term partnership with Matteo Guendouzi.
The Juventus midfielder has fallen out of favor with Maurizio Sarri and he needs to leave the Italian giants in order to get more game time. A move to Arsenal would be ideal for him at this stage of his career.
Rabiot needs to play regularly in order regain his form and sharpness. Mikel Arteta could be the perfect manager to get the best out of him.
The former PSG midfielder is a world class talent but his development has stalled. He needs a fresh start and a manager who will trust him with regular football.
Guendouzi has benefited a lot since his move to Arsenal and Rabiot could follow the same path if he makes the move.
Arsenal have a great track record of developing talented players.
It will be interesting to see if the Gunners submit an offer for the player in the coming weeks. Juventus are reportedly keen on selling Rabiot this summer.
Arsenal would have to beat Everton to the signing. The Toffees want him too and they have the finances to pull off the transfer.
Carlo Ancelotti has worked with Rabiot during their time together at PSG and he might be able to convince the player as well.
