Barcelona – Real Madrid hold talks with Haaland’s agent

Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland has been linked with a move away from German Bundesliga at the end of this season and his agent Mino Raiola has already started speaking to clubs regarding his client.

According to reports, the Italian held talks with Barcelona earlier today and then flew to the Spanish capital for discussions with Real Madrid.

The 20-year-old striker is valued at €150 million and it will be interesting to see if the Spanish giants are willing to cough up that kind of money to sign him.

Haaland has scored 39 goals for club and country this season and he has already established himself as one of Europe’s top players at the age of 20.

Whoever ends up signing him will have a superstar on their hands for the next decade.

Liverpool set for talks

Meanwhile, Real Madrid and Barcelona are not the only clubs interested in signing Erling Haaland. Mino Raiola is set to travel to England to speak with Liverpool as well.

According to reports, the Premier League champions will meet with the striker’s representatives on Friday.

The player’s agent and his father are set to fly to England to meet the representatives of the Reds regarding a potential summer move.

It will be interesting to see if Liverpool can afford him this summer especially given the fact that they could miss out on Champions League football.

That said, the Reds recently secured a massive investment from RedBird private firm and it could help them land their top targets this summer.
